Yes Bank makes 13 job offers at IIM-A
Ahmedabad: Yes Bank, a private sector bank, was the largest recruiter with 13 offers, including lateral and final offers, in the fourth cluster of the cohort-based recruitment process of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A) on Saturday.
Among major recruiters, integrated steel makers and the largest private sector producer of hot rolled coils in India, a Rs 9,400-crore company, Ispat Industries also made eight offers to the students of post graduate programme (PGP) at IIMA. President HR, Ispat Industries, Kailash Chapatwala was visibly impressed with the new cohort-based process for recruitment.
Other companies such as Cognizant, an information technology solution provider, and management consulting firm, Tata Strategic Management Group (TSMG) also made offers to the students for various roles.
According to the placement committee members, the process will continue for the next couple of weeks as there are still some clusters left.
During the third cluster of the cohort-basedfinal recruitment process at IIM-A, ICICI Bank was the largest recruiter on campus with double-digit number of offers to the students.
Till now in several cohorts such as Indian banking services, financial advisory services and credit rating agencies have offered job to IIM-A students. |
