MAT
Overview:
MAT has become popular with over hundreds of AICTE
approved Institutions & University departments.
The number of Management Institutes keeps on changing
from test to test. Admission criteria for every institute
are different. All Institutes participating in MAT are
either AICTE approved or affiliated to some University.
MAT is usually conducted 4 times a year in February, May, September
and December. The next MAT exam will be conducted on 05th
September, 2010. The minimum qualification required for appearing
in MAT is graduation in any discipline from any recognised University
or equivalent recognised degree. A final year student in any
undergraduate course (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com. B.Tech. etc) can
also appear provisionally. Usually, there is a minimum percentage
requirement in graduation which is different for different MI’s
/ Universities. The number of participating Management Institutes
may vary. The number of Management Institutes keeps on changing
from test to test. Admission criteria for every institute are
different.
All Institutes participating in MAT are either AICTE
approved or affiliated to some Universities, for further
information you may contact the Institutes / Universities
of your choice. The list of various Institutes / Universities
is available in MAT bulletin along with the admission
notification. It may be worthwhile to go through the
brochure of the Management Institutes for detailed information.

How
to Apply:
To obtain MAT Bulletin and Application Form by post,
send a Demand Draft of Rs. 1050/- to AIMA-CMS, drawn
in favor of AIMA-CMS payable at New Delhi along with
two self-addressed slips/adhesive stickers. Send your
request to The Manager - CMS, All India Management Association,
Management House, 14, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road,
New Delhi-110 003.
OR
Obtain MAT Bulletin and Application Form on cash payment
of Rs 1200/- at AIMA counter at Delhi (Tel: - 24653382),
select Bank of Baroda Branches (BoB), AIMA Nodal Centres
and other sale outlets.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Final year degree course students can also apply.
