Introduction
The Business School for Women is a project of Sunshine
Educational and Development Society, which is an offshoot
of the Sahni Group.
The idea to set up the Business School for Women, was
conceived and initiated by a group of academicians and
intellectuals who have fine tuned their expertise in
planning and projecting the Business School for Women.
With a distinctive and creative flair for academically
responsible design and an ability to evolve and embrace
new teaching technologies, the Business School for Women
is well prepared to move ahead. |

Offered
Full Time &ndash One Year
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is
two year full time programme. It is approved by AICTE,
ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, The programme is
built upon a timester system, which provides students,
a sound understanding of management discplines. The
programme is designed to marketing, HR, Finance,
Strategic Management, Operation Management and IT
in their final year of study.
BSW's PGDM programme attempts to prepare global leaders
who create, manage and lead effective change across
diverse organizations.
Cources
Offered
A bachelors degree or equivalent in any
discipline from a recognized Indian or Foreign
University with minimum 50% marks. Candidates in
the final year of bachelor's degree can also apply.
They will, however be required to produce the evidence
of minimum qualification at the time of the commencement
of the session. They should have appeared in any
one of CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA or any other recognised
aptitude test.
 Selection
Applicants who qualify the cut off marks of the
above entrance test will be called to appear
for a group discussion and an interview for the
final selection.
Direct
Admission
Foreign Nationals, NRI's and company's sponsored
candidates may be exmepted from entrance test and
can apply for direct admission under management
quota.

Form
The application form and prospectus can be procured
on payment of Rs. 1000/- cash or DD in
favour of "Business School for Women" payble
at Noida from the campus. The application
form can also be downloaded from the institute's
website www.businessschoolforwomen.in and
can be deposited along with the fee as mentioned
above.

Innovative
teaching (Dual Specialisation)

of management theory and practice across the range of business management disciplines.
The programme is designed to allow students to choose functional areas of business
management such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Strategic Management, Operation
Management and IT in their final year of study.
BSW's PGDM programme attempts to prepare global leaders who create, manage
and lead effective change across diverse organizations.
Programme
Structure
The curriculum is spread over six trimesters of about four months each. In
the first year students learn the ability to communicate, analyze situations
and take decisions using qualitative and quantitative factors, develop a wholistic
view of different functional areas and the business environment besides studying
courses in general management and major functional areas. In the second year
the students take elective/operational courses and can specialize in the functional
areas of their choice, with advance papers on strategic management. The theory
papers are supported with case-studies, minor projects, exercises etc. to develop
the study to conduct research.
Foreign Language Lab - BSW has created facility to offer various foreign languages
to students in the campus. In the first year students will be introduced to
GERMAN language.
