Introduction
IILM Academy of Higher Learning Jaipur Campus was set
up in the year 2000. During the short span of 9 years
it has carved out a niche for itself amongst the best
management institutes in Rajasthan on account of its faculty
, integrated learning and holistic development of students.
The programmmes designed by IILM – AHL integrate
classroom exercises with industrial and business needs.
Thus an attempt has been made here to bridge the gap that
most professionally trained managers find between theory
and practice. |
Vision
IILM will be a leader in value based education and industry
focused research.
Location
IILM –AHL is centrally located in Pratap Nagar close to
Industries. The state high way is within the walking distance
and is connected by all weather road.
Infrastructure
With state-of-the-art infrastructure, the institute is housed
in a three-storey building with sufficiently large built-up
area. The lecture rooms, tutorials are fully air – conditioned
with multimedia audio visual equipments and counseling / conference
rooms are spacious, airy and well lit to facilitate the teaching
and learning process. The Seminar Hall with a seating capacity
of 150 people, is equipped with the latest audio- visual equipment
in air – conditioned environment. Well stocked library,
provides the latest and up – to – date reference
materials, reports , books , national and inter- national journals
and magazines. The computer rooms, well equipped with around
150 P IV PCs and high speed broad band internet connectivity
and multimedia application, measure up to the highest standards
of construction, space, design and interiors. The building is
surrounded by lush green lawns.
Faculty
The Institute is equipped with a team of highly qualified core
faculty and they regularly undergo self-development programmes
through AICTE sponsored FDPs and seminars organized at the campus
and other management institutes in the country. The institute
has a panel of distinguished speakers from industry and academics
who visit the institute regularly to take specialized classes.
Recently institute scored A++ ranking for its intellectual capital
(faculty). Student faculty ratio is 1:15.
Approving authority
IILM Academy of Higher Learning is approved by AICTE , Ministry
of HRD , Government of India.
Programs offered
IILM Academy of Higher Learning has developed its two year full
time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). PGDM programme
is structured with a focus on contemporary business issues.
The programme is meant to equip participants with fundamental
management skills and in-depth knowledge of their chosen area
of specialization. The programme focuses on developing conceptual
and analytical skills and an in-depth understanding of functional
areas.
Eligibility
The Programme is targeted at individuals with high potential
for success in business and industry. Such individuals must
have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
(under 10+2+3 system) in any discipline from a University recognized
by Association of Indian Universities / AICTE. Candidates appearing
in the final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible,
provided they complete all formalities of their examination
before June 30, 2010 and furnish the proof of having met the
minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2010. 
Essential Entry Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream from universities and institutions
recognized by AICTE/UGC/ AIU (Students
appearing in their final year can also apply).
- Valid scores in any of the management tests namely CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/JMET.

Fee structure
Fee for two year full time programme is Rupees 4.25 lakhs which
is divided into 6 installments.
Selection process
For admission to PGDM programme, student's score in 10th, +2,
graduation, entrance test, group discussion, and personal interview
would be used for preparing the merit list. The final merit
list will have 120 students.
Candidates in the first list are given two weeks to accept the
admission offer and pay the requisite fee. After the last date
for acceptance of admission offers for the first list, offers
are made to the waitlisted candidates in the order of merit.
Waitlisted candidates are given two weeks to accept admission
offer.

Career Development
The Career Development Cell (CDC) is a unique initiative of
IILM Academy of Higher Learning Jaipur. Though placements and
personality development have been an integral part of IILM since
its inception , the CDC comprising of the students of IILM,
known as “ UTKARSH” was formally launched in September
2008. It has, as its foundation , the objective to provide a
comprehensive array of services and support for students and
alumni that will assist them in their life – long career
development and placement.
