Professor in Finance, Banking & Insurance.
He completed M.Com Ist Rank Gold Medal from Saugar
University, Madhya Pradesh in 1972. He did his
PhD in Management in 1993 from S.K. University,
Ananthapur, A.P.
He has 37 years of Teaching Experience he has
guided successfully research scholars, leading
to the award of PhD from Bangalore University.
He is an active researcher and did work by take
minor and major projects. He
presented papers in national and international
seminar. He has been resource person on various
management topics and visited universities such
Mysore, Kuvempu, Bangalore.
He conducted MDPs and FDPs in MSRIM. He served
an academic consultant in Sikkim Manipal
Universtiy.He is highly spiritual by his very
nature.
Prof.R.S.Krishnaswamy
He is B.Sc., B.E.(Mech), with 28 years of Professional experience
in Marketing and Corporate Communication, with 12
years of teaching Marketing, Advertising and Communication.
He has devised, tailored and has been implementing a course linking Modern
Corporate excellence and its relationship with ancient Indian ethos as
a compulsory MBA Subject.
He is also a Professional Test Cricket Commentator.
Prof.
Dr. Rejimon Thomas
He is Professor and Head Corporate Relations at
RIMS (Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies). He
was a soldier trainer of the Indian Air Force,
is a man with wide ranging experience in teaching,
corporate training, talent development and preaching.
Completed his MBA in HR, M. Phil in Management,
Doctorate in Leadership, Post Graduate Diploma
in Marketing, MS in Counselling and Psychotherapy
and Masters in International Business from IIFT,
New Delhi. He also completed the executive
education in Knowledge Management from IIM, Bangalore
and undergone the Management Teachers Training
Programme in Strategic Management again from IIM,
Bangalore.
He served the Indian Air Force for 20 years at
various places and levels in India. The last eight
years he is teaching MBA and served as Director
MBA and presently working as a Professor and Head
Corporate Relations at RIMS (Ramaiah Institute
of Management Studies). He has presented
many papers in international and national seminars
and chaired many technical sessions. Authored
a book titled as “Look East - Servant Leadership
is the Key to Success Longevity and Sustainability.” He
has visited more than 15 countries.

Manita D. Shah
Dr. Manita D. Shah is a specialized academician in finance and accountancy. Dr.
Shah was awarded her Doctorate degree in the year 2002 in the area of corporate
finance from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Rajasthan. Had a distinguished
academic career spanning over nearly 11 years at B- schools of national repute.
She evinces strong interest in research and consultancy in the area of corporate
financial strategies. She is also an approved research supervisor from Anna
University, Coimbatore and guides professionals as well as novices with teaching
material and cases drawn from her original research. She has authored a number
of research papers in the area of venture capital financing, inventory management
etc.Her areas of academic interest are Corporate Finance, Accounting
for managers, Security analysis and portfolio management, Tax planning and management,
Managerial economics. She has also been involved in organizing various seminars
for students and management development programmes for executives from the
