 Introduction
Zensar Center for Business Innovation (ZCBI) is
an autonomous research & innovation center
for Zensar Technologies. Zensar Technologies is
a part of a USD 3 billion RPG Enterprise. Zensar
& RPG are one of the oldest companies in India
with history of over 70 years. Some of the sister
companies are CEAT, Sa-Re-Ga-Ma HMV Music, Spencer's
Retail.

Our learning initiative at ZCBI is an endeavour to encourage
continuous innovation through people and technology.
We encourage our students to explore endless possibilities
and prepare them to take on leadership roles in this
ever changing business world.
Courses Offered
 One
Year Post Graduate Programme (PGP)
One Year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Business
Transformation is offered in academic collaboration
with EGSM Graduate School of Management, Switzerland.
The candidates have an option to earn twin certification
from ZCBI and EGSM. The EGSM would offer Post Graduate
Diploma in Management (PGDM) through which students
can earn ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits.
EGSM Graduate School of Management would host 4 weeks
Overseas Leadership Module at Switzerland.
 Eligibility
Criteria
- The minimum qualification is graduation. Students
from other streams can apply as well.
Admission
Procedure
- The profile of the target participant would be
a bright graduate with 1-2 years of experience in the
industry. Applications would be invited
from all interested candidates across India. Candidates
would also be asked to appear for the aptitude
test followed by a personal interview. Fresh graduates
with good communication skills and sound
academic records are encouraged to apply for this Programme.
How
to apply :
Appear
for any of the Aptitude Tests mentioned below :
- Common Aptitude Test (CAT)
- Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT)
- Xavier's Aptitude Test (XAT)
- Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET)
- ZCBI Aptitude Test (to be administered by the
college in December & January)
- Note: CAT / XAT / JMET scores
taken within two years are valid.
- GMAT scores taken within 3 years would be considered.
- Apply for the ZCBI Graduate Programme by filling
in an application form. Application forms and Information
brochure can be obtained from Zensar Center for Business
Innovation (ZCBI) office in Pune against
a fee to be tendered by way of DD / Cash payment of
Rs. 900/- (Rs. Nine Hundred only). Application
forms can also be downloaded from the ZCBI website home
page.
- Applicants downloading the application form can
send in the form fee of Rs. 900/- (Rs. Nine Hundred
only) by either a DD or Cheque, made in
favour of Zensar Center for Business Innovation payable
at Pune. Visit the 'Contact Us' page for
complete address & phone number.
- To register for the ZCBI Aptitude test please
send in a mail to contactus zcbi.org telling us when
you would like to take the test (Dec or
Jan). There is no test registration fee. You will receive
a mailer from us a few days before the test
date, confirming your participation in the test. This
test will be conducted at the ZCBI campus
in Kharadi (Refer the 'Contact Us' section for MAP).

Selection
criteria
- The selection committee at ZCBI comprises both,
academics and industry specialists. The focus is on
a combination of factors-the candidate's
academic results, test scores, evidence of leadership
& motivation, letters of recommendation
(desired), level of job responsibility and work history,
and their unique talents and contributions
in the past. Applicants are reviewed on their potential
for successful performance in graduate business
studies and their competitiveness within the current
applicant pool.
Fees :
The fees will be reimbursed to you after completing
24 months with Partner Company. This reimbursement
will be additional perk for the candidate.
