GROUP DISSCUSSION
Students are made aware of various parameters
that they could be judged upon, the importance
of an all-round performance and a logical thought
process.
Followed by these, practice sessions are held
for a student to get a feel of each type of GD
where students are given extensive personal feedback
on how to improve their performance.
The latest HR techniques like lateral thinking,
structured speaking and sensitivity training are
incorporated to help a student improve communication
skills, streamline thought process and develop
leadership skills.
An extensive feedback is given to each student
at the end of the training.
INTERVIEW
The focus of the interview training process is
personalized mentoring on goal setting, following
which a mock-interview conducted by an expert
faculty panel will allow students to identify
areas where they may slip up in an interview.
A second mock-interview is conducted by an expert
panel to ensure that the student has tied up all
loose ends. The interview is followed by extensive
feedback of the interview.
This intensive process helps a student to gear
up completely and focus on giving the best to
the actual GD and interview.
